In addition, users under the age of 18 should have parental permission before providing any information or posting any information on the website.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) information voluntarily supplied by visitors to the site when they register, establish or update their user profile, post in any of the public posting areas on our site, enter a sweepstakes or contest, or use the “Contact Us” function on the site to communicate with us; and (2) tracking information gathered as visitors navigate through our website and review our email or other electronic messages. This information may be collected directly by us or it may be collected by a third-party service provider on our or its own behalf. Third parties featured on or linked to by our website, such as advertisers, corporate sponsors and others who display ads or other promotional messages on our site or offer products and services through our site (“Advertisers”), may be gathering information as well, through processes we don't control.

Information You Voluntarily Supply to Us
We may collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us while on our site. This may include personally identifying information if you choose to provide it. In accessing and using an Expri Communications LLC published, managed, or curated website, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily submit some or all of the following types of information: contact information, such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number; age and date of birth; information for a user profile, such as your bio, the address of your website, links to your Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, Twitter account, etc.; communications preferences, such as which newsletters/communications you would like to receive; payment information (such as a credit card number) necessary to process a requested transaction (for example, if you make a donation to Expri Communications LLC through our site); information posted in comment sections, community discussions and other interactive areas of our site; and questions or correspondence you send to us through the “Contact Us” function available on our site.

You are not required to provide information about yourself to visit or use our site. However, if you wish to post comments on our site or receive our communications, you may be required to register. To register, you must provide personal information and create a username and a password.

Information That Is Automatically Collected

Our service provider(s)--see e.g., the incorporation by reference of Google's terms and policies hereinabove-- may collect, and store, information that does not identify you personally that is generated automatically as you navigate through the site. For example, our service provider(s) may collect limited information about your computer configuration when you visit our site, including the type of browser software you use, the operating system you're running, the resolution of your computer monitor, the website that referred you, and your IP address. (Your IP address is a numerical address that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data – such as the web pages you want to view – can be transmitted to you. We or our service provider(s) may also use IP address information for systems administration and trouble-shooting purposes.) We or our service provider(s) may use this information to make the website as useful as we can for as many users as possible. Our service provider(s) and/or other third parties (e.g., advertisers) may use “cookies,” a standard feature found in browser software, to enhance your experience on the site. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Our service provider(s) may also use web beacons (sometimes referred to as “clear GIFs” or “pixel tags”) to collect non-personally identifying information about how our visitors use the website. By showing how and when visitors and registered users use the site, cookies and web beacons may help us deliver more relevant content to users, identify how many unique users visit our site and various pages within our site, and track user interests, trends and patterns. For example, we may use these technologies to collect information about the time visitors spend on each page of the website, the number of visits made to each page or section of the website, and the content that visitors select and copy using the standard copy and paste tool provided in standard web browsers. Providers of web analytics services may use cookies and web beacons to gather this sort of information on our behalf. Advertisers that display ads or other promotional messages (“Ads”) on the website may use cookies and web beacons to record your web browser’s interaction with a given Ad, which allows the Advertiser to track which Ads are displayed, and which are clicked on, and to limit the number of times a given Ad is shown to you.

Our service provider(s) may also use cookies to record certain preferences that you enter or set while using the site. For example, if you are a registered user and you opt to have the site “remember you,” the service provider(s) may use cookies to automatically store log-in information so that you won’t have to re-enter it the next time you visit. Our service provider(s) may give registered users the option of customizing which sections of the website they see, or see first when they log in, in which case the service provider(s) may use cookies to record and implement such preferences.

The help function on most web browsers contains information on how to set your browser to notify you before accepting a cookie or to disable cookies entirely. However, if you don't accept cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of various features on our website that are available to other visitors. For example, storing your log-in information so that you don’t have to log in each time you visit.

We may send you these types of communications via email or direct mail. And if you have provided us with your telephone number, we may contact you by phone. (For example, if you ask us a question or notify us about an issue and you choose to provide your phone number, we may call you to respond to your question or discuss the issue you’ve raised.)

Your Email Address
If you subscribe to one of our services providing emails or newsletters or other communications, we may use your email address to send that matter to you. In addition, we may email you with information about the website or other products or services offered by Expri Communications LLC, or about third-party products or services that we think may be of interest to you. We also may use your email address to contact you from time to time for customer service purposes, or to send you administrative notices or other information about the website, as described above in the section titled “Generally”.

When you make a donation on the website, our third-party payment and/or credit card processor may collect personal information such as your name, email address and billing address, and also collect your credit card information. Expri Communications LLC does not store your credit card information; it is sent directly to our third-party payment and/or credit card processor and is secured during transmission over the Internet using industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption. Our payment and/or credit card processor is authorized to use your credit card information only to process your donation, and for no other purposes.

Sweepstakes and Contest Entry Information
From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes, contests or other promotions on an Expri Communications LLC published, managed, or curated website. If you enter a promotion on the website, we may ask you to provide information about yourself (such as your name, address, and email address). We also may share this information with shipping or fulfillment companies or other third-party service providers that help administer our promotions, such as by conducting drawings, and/or delivering prizes to winners. If you do not want us to collect the information requested on the entry form or to provide it to co-sponsors, please do not enter the promotion.

Data Collected in Connection with Ad Serving and Targeting
Advertisers that display Ads on our site may use cookies and web beacons to record your web browser’s interaction with a given Ad, which allows the Advertiser to track which Ads are displayed, and which are clicked on, and to limit the number of times a given Ad is shown to you. In addition, Advertisers and our service provider(s) may collect and use non-personally identifying information about website users and site activity for purposes of serving targeted Ads on the website. The information collected may allow analysis of how visitors and registered users use the website and to track user interests, trends and patterns, thus allowing the delivery of more relevant Ads. Any data that so collected in connection with the Ad serving and Ad targeting on the website will not identify you personally and will not include your name, address, email address or telephone number, but it may include the IP address of your computer. We do not sell data to third parties for purposes of behavioral advertising.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
To help Advertisers (and their ad agencies) understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on an Expri Communications LLC published, managed, or curated website, we may present them with aggregate information on our audience and how our audience uses the website (for example, information on traffic to various pages within the website). We may provide similar information to third parties including, but not limited to,foundations, corporate sponsors, advertisers, and others who may help fund our operations. This information does not identify you personally.

We may share the information that is collected through the website with our third party service provider(s) for purposes related to site administration and operation. In some cases, we may permit our third-party service provider(s) to collect such information directly, on our behalf. For example, the website uses third-party web analytics services, e.g., Google Analytics, to help analyze how users use the site. These services use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifying tracking data directly from the website on our behalf, and then use that data to provide us with statistical reports on website activity. If you use a credit or debit card to complete a transaction on our site (for example, to make a donation to Expri Communications LLC), your personal information and credit card number will be sent directly to our credit card processing service provider to complete your transaction. We also may share your email address and name with third-party email services providers that send newsletters and other communications on our behalf.

We also may occasionally release information about our visitors and registered users if required to do so by law or if, in our judgment, such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of visitors to the website, our employees, our donors, sponsors or Advertisers, or others. In the event that we sell some or all of our assets, or the website is acquired by another company, information about our visitors to our site may be among the transferred assets.

If you enter a contest or sweepstakes on our site, we may share your entry information with the co-sponsor of the promotion, as described in the section titled “Sweepstakes and Contest Entry Information”.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information or other private information available for viewing by other users or third parties online—whether in your public profile, in comments posted to our site, or in other public posting areas of our site—that information can be seen, collected and used by anyone who uses our site; we are not able to control how they may use this information. We cannot be responsible for any use of such information by third parties.

For example, some of your information may remain in back-up storage even if you ask us to delete it.

Storage of Information
The information that we collect through the website is stored within databases hosted on our behalf on servers maintained in protected environments. Any credit card information you provide on our website is secured for transmission over the Internet using industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption. However, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us or our third-party service provider(s) over the Internet.
